The roundtable discussion will focus on how companies can eliminate the need for a monitor and, if that is not possible, how to manage the relationship with a monitor.

The roundtable discussion will focus on how companies can eliminate the need for a monitor and, if that is not possible, how to manage the relationship with a monitor. The panel will take place at the Yale Club in New York City at 5:30 PM on April 30, 2018.
Joining Polizzotto on the panel will be Jonny Frank, Partner at StoneTurn, Sharon Nelles, Partner at Sullivan & Cromwell, and Amy Walsh, Partner at Orrick. A.J. Bosco, Partner at StoneTurn, will moderate. “Government-imposed monitorships are now commonplace, both in the U.S. and overseas.
