QuisLex launches AI capability framework as focus shifts from adoption to accountability

QuisLex CEO Sirisha Gummaregula Talks to Legal IT Insider about Institutional Capability Assessment

Introducing the Next Phase of Legal Maturity

Over the last two years, legal organizations have spent their time experimenting with GenAI tools. Now, the time has come to demonstrate ROI, reliability and accountability. Recently, our CEO and Founder Sirisha Gummaregula spoke with Legal IT Insider about how GenAI is now table stakes, and legal departments and law firms need to build the architecture to support those tools to capture knowledge, validate outputs, and provide proof that the decisions being made with AI-generated work are sound. It’s that thinking that forms the basis of QuisLex’s new Institutional Capability Assessment (ICA), which offers guidance for individual organizations’ maturity and capability around AI.

As Gummargula said of the ICA, “It’s not a one size fits all. It’s a framework that allows you to ask kind of the right questions at each level and then it’s customized for that organization.”
