March 2022- New Partnerships Expand QuisLex Offerings

Since our founding nearly two decades ago, QuisLex has pioneered innovations in legal operations. To that end, we are excited to share two recently announced partnerships.

In January, QuisLex and LegalSifter began a strategic partnership to accelerate contract review by offering a combined intelligence™ solution for contract negotiation. Integrating LegalSifter’s artificial intelligence and human expertise with QuisLex’s legal services and AI-related proficiency allows clients to review contracts quickly and confidently at an affordable cost.

Our team has used LegalSifter Review extensively for several years, even offering input on product improvements. That experience is allowing us to offer LegalSifter-enabled solutions for a range of contract types, seamlessly providing AI-enabled contract review with custom workflows deployed within our existing ecosystem.  

Earlier this month we also announced a new strategic partnership with Exterro to deliver state-of-the-art data breach response services. Our team is now offering Exterro’s Smart Breach Review software as part of our comprehensive services for data breach response.

When a security incident or breach is detected, there is limited time to identify if personally sensitive data has potentially been compromised and, if so, if government-mandated reporting or notification requirements are triggered. The QuisLex data breach response team provides the people, processes and technology to quickly triage, assess and remediate data breach incidents, while meeting all compliance obligations.
