Through our decades of providing alternative legal services, we’ve used many different technologies and have learned a thing or two about how to leverage them. We have a good sense for what new technology can do. We’ve also learned that the trick to getting value, which is even more critical with GenAI, is to support the technology with expert-designed workflows.

We believe in the value of implementing better Contract Lifecycle Management technology and processes. By automating routine tasks, mitigating risks, and uncovering insights, CLM tools have promised to allow legal teams to focus more on high-value, strategic initiatives. Not all of these promises have been met by the technology, but generative AI could change that.
