Vice President, Legal Services
Phil is responsible for all aspects of QuisLex’s client services and operations, including managing key client relationships and implementing process refinements for the effective delivery of complex legal services. He has extensive experience working closely with clients on large-scale legal matters and designing innovating solutions to streamline the eDiscovery process, as well as overseeing project execution to ensure these measures are effectively implemented. He is also closely involved in guiding QuisLex's business development efforts and overall corporate strategy. Phil began his legal career as an associate in the antitrust department at Skadden, Arps in New York, where he gained significant experience in all aspects of eDiscovery. He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and earned a B.A. with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
